From Hippo Lodge Urban Camp, the border to Zambia is only 3 km away and in a 40 min drive tourists reach the border to Botswana.

All tourists pass through this town, making it ideal for tourism purposes.

Both properties are owned by us, and the title deeds are in place, ensuring a smooth transfer process.

The plots are located in the urban area of Katima Mulilo, so foreigners can also buy them without any problems.

A waiver, as required for farmland or communal land, is not necessary.

The reason why we want to sell is because we realize that we are too old and unfortunately no longer in good health.
